Our signature class is a strength training body weight circuit class of 4 x rounds 40/20. This class consists of exercises that will challenge you and help you achieve the results you’re looking for. Come join us and see how powerful you can be

6 x rounds of 20/10, is designed to help you reach your fitness goals in the most efficient way possible. Each round of our class consists of 20 seconds of intense exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest.
